The Philippines Needs Help!
I'm posting this, because no matter how much I love France, I love my homeland much more.
Most of Luzon, especially Marikina City, the Rizal provinces and Metro Manila, has been devastated by Tropical Storm Ondoy. We need all the help we can get to save the people living in those areas. Most of them have even spent the night on the roofs of their houses, because the water level has reached about 12 feet already.
Some of my friends who live in the eastern area have family members stranded in their homes. Their cars have been submerged in water, and most of them are running out of resources already. If not for the second levels of their homes, they would also be on the roofs, waiting for rescuers to come for them. They can't get out of their houses because the water is still too high, and the current is strong.
