edibles: spinach fritters

Here's a recipe that I learned from V. He loves to experiment with (healthy) food, and I had a taste of this crunchy stuff. It was really good, so I thought of sharing it with you! No real photos, but I did draw the basic steps (what can I say? I'm addicted to odosketch). Enjoy!


The fritters go well with a salsa of tomato, cucumber, a bit of onions, cider vinegar, some sugar, and cracked black pepper. :)
